This was my third stay. The place is cool, the staff is friendly and responsive, the room is clean, and the bathroom is clean and complete with amenities. In the morning, you can see the sunrise, various types of roses and other plants, and the children's playground is quite large.

The Kebun Mawar Inn offers a beautiful, cool garden setting, with panoramic views of flowers and hills that are truly a feast for the eyes. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The view, room, and facilities are all good. Breakfast is limited to chicken porridge, fried rice, and bread, plus coffee/tea/orange juice. There are a lot of flies in the restaurant, so it's recommended to install an insect trap.

When booking, you have to specify whether you want a twin bed or a king size. This can be a bit confusing. Overall, it's great for those who like a traditional room feel (wood and planks).

The garden is beautiful. It was a very pleasant stay, but it's a shame the location is difficult and quite far from the city center. Overall, it's okay.

A cozy village atmosphere, beautiful flowers, and friendly staff. If I ever visit Garut, I'd definitely stay here again.

It's a shame the area around the restaurant is dirty :( I wanted to eat at the restaurant at night, but the tablecloths were all dirty, with stains everywhere. I got breakfast for an additional 100,000 rupiah per person. But the menu only included porridge, fried rice (I can't remember, but I think there was fried rice), bread, tea and coffee that weren't hot, just lukewarm, and water and orange juice. There was no fruit, no side dishes like fried chicken, or sausages. A guest screamed because there was an animal in the chicken porridge. The porridge wasn't even hot. The area around the restaurant in the morning was like the photo. Lots of tissues scattered around :( On the cottage's outside terrace, there were lots of cobwebs in the corners. It was the dry season when I was there. The plants and grass were a bit dry. Maybe they could install an automatic watering system to keep the flowers thriving. The rest of the place was okay. The room facilities were quite good: there was a TV, it was quiet, there was no AC or fan, but the weather was quite cool. There was hot water and amenities. Complete. Afternoon snacks. Let's get excited about making it even better. It's a shame because the place is really, really nice. Promotion could be improved. Collaborate with OT. Grab is a bit difficult to get there.

The room was as pictured, with a beautiful flower garden and a clear view of the mountains. The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Tip: Keep your slippers in the room at night.

Wonderful place for a relaxed stay, especially once all the day trippers have left. The villas are minimalist in design, all made of wood. The room is large with a comfy bed, also a wardrobe, desk, chair, and luggage rack. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. Massive bathroom, however, no face towels and hand wash. Wi-Fi was good, and the villas come with a massive balcony. Snacks and tea are provided at 5 p.m. The only downside was the restaurant with a limited menu and trying to close earlier than the announced time. Breakfast was very basic with no fruits and mostly Indonesian food. Overall, a very relaxing stay.

The best experience was staying here for under 400,000 Rupiah, including breakfast, and a complimentary breakfast upon arrival. I didn't expect it, but I really appreciated it. The comfort, service, and cleanliness of the place are excellent.

Overall comfortable, maybe for small things like the cleanliness of the curtains in the room and some areas under the bed should be cleaner.

This is my third stay in the past two years. I feel satisfied with the current conditions. The most important things to improve are: • Host a tour of the rose distillery production • Improve the restaurant's taste and menu • Add a grilled menu option (corn, meat, etc.)

Second time staying in Situhapa, still planning. Next time, I'll stay in Situhapa with a larger group. Love Situhapa.

The room was clean, comfortable, and fragrant. The staff was friendly and very helpful when we had problems with the water heater. If you're here between April and August, we recommend bringing an extra jacket and socks. It can get really cold, reaching 13°C.

Booked two Geranium rooms. Number 4 was okay, but number 1 was lacking. The toilet bidet was small and barely had any water. It was very cold at night. Breakfast was mediocre, but not bad. The atmosphere and view were top-notch!

The staff is helpful, you can check in at night, the atmosphere is calm, there is a water heater so you don't need to worry about getting cold, breakfast is a buffet, in short, you won't regret staying here 💖

The staff is friendly, the Dalmascena 2 room is spacious enough for five people, and the breakfast is delicious. It's perfect for a family vacation. I'll definitely be back next time.
