I've stayed here four times, and thankfully, check-in is always before 2:00, and I was even able to check in at 12:30 yesterday. The breakfast is delicious, but please add more variety, like traditional snacks. 😁

Alhamdulillah everything was good, my family and I had a great time staying here and God willing, if we go to Puncak, we will stay here again. Highly recommended... Awesome!!

Strategic location, roadside, there is a laundry and food vendors across from the hotel, the staff is very helpful, the hotel is kids friendly and clean.

All the staff are friendly, the room is neat and tidy, the bed is very soft, the bathroom is clean, I like it, as requested, we got the top floor with a great view, the food is also delicious. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Security is good, the staff at the swimming pool are responsive during your stay, and the staff at the cafe are also kind and responsive. I booked a double bed, but the view is limited. The room is not very large but comfortable enough for resting. The room is equipped with air conditioning, and the balcony only has a pool view. I might come back here next time, but I want a mountain view.

The food was lacking, not commensurate with the hotel price. It was a bit scary at night.

Great location with many eateries around. Excellent family facilities and kids' activities. The parking is wide and the staff are helpful. However, I found the room a bit cramped for a family, though it’s perfect for business trips or couples.

We booked three rooms and requested two connecting rooms because we were bringing our parents. A week and a few days before check-in, we called to confirm, and management agreed, so on the day of arrival, everything was ready. The hotel's service is truly exceptional. It's located on the roadside, close to access to Enchanting Valley and Nicoles, as well as evening access to the night safari. There was also an announcement from hotel management regarding whether traffic conditions were one-way or back to normal. Thank you, Grand Diara.

First time staying here and very happy because the place has a lot of children's toys, the hotel is kids friendly, there is an indoor and outdoor playground, there is also a swimming pool. The hotel is on the side of the Puncak highway near Cimory, Kopi Klothok Cisarua and next to the hotel is The Ranch Puncak tourist attraction, easy access by the side of the road without going into blusukan. The breakfast is delicious, quite varied, the view during breakfast is also chakepp because it is on the 6th floor and for the price it is very friendly with these facilities. Suggestion for the hotel: provide a special smoking room because in the lobby near the children's playground area, many people smoke and ashtrays are provided by the hotel, it could be a concern in the future because it is close to the children's play area🙏
