There are too many electrical wires and they are dangerous, they should be tidied up so they are more attractive. Hot water only comes out briefly after it continues to cool, the trash can is not immediately cleaned. And many more, thank you.

When checking in the room is not ready, said reception, there has been no report from an online agent to him if there are guests who want to check in. Finally cleaned the room, stuffy, dirty, there were dead cockroaches, the most annoyed the AC was not cold! Finally the officer wants to put a fan in his room. OMG! I insisted on moving to a room on the 3rd floor, even though it was not the type of room I ordered, as long as the air conditioner was cold. After moving the air conditioner it is also less cold but better than before. Kapok staying at Syafira!

I didn't stay long at this hotel and left early morning to take ferry boat to Tanjung Bira. But my impression to this hotel is: the hotel's location is very strategic. Walking distance to the public area and pusat kuliner selayar. It is clean inside the room, however, the hotel is very old. Little bit touch and renovation (at least for the interior) would be nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was the 2. time if been there and last year it was much better. Now the rooms are not clean and it’s very loud. The worst thing was that I really had to fight for breakfast even it was included in the - compared to the quality - high price

The rooms are clean, the price is relatively cheap on the appeal of the others. The concierge is friendly.

The hotel consists of 4 floors. No elevators, just the usual stairs. I got a room on the 3rd floor. I moved the room 1x. I moved rooms because the AC was leaking. Once moved to the next room, there is a slight leak from the 4th floor. His room is comfortable, clean, like the rooms in general. Toilet works well. His staff is very friendly & helpful to guests needs. It would be nice damaged facilities can be repaired immediately, because the price is quite expensive when compared with other lodgings in the Citadel.

Close to the Selayar Great Mosque and easy access anywhere

For in Selayar, the hotel is the most feasible, although simple food very tasty

I'm booking a deluxe room. Upon check-in turned out the room was already full. Replace with a hotel party Vip room without extra charge. Thanks.
