Overall good, worth the price

I'm sorry, but the service was quite good, but the facilities were inadequate and not very clean. There was a lot of trash in the hallways. Also, the only outlets for charging your phone and other things were upstairs; there were none downstairs. Even the TV signal was poor. In my opinion, for almost 600,000 Rupiah, the hotel's facilities should be quite good. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly and communicative. Complaints, special requests, and other issues are easily addressed. Even if you need to change rooms because you don't like them, you can simply let the staff know and they'll assist you. The hotel's lighting does seem dim, perhaps intentionally so. It's suitable for those staying in transit on long trips and/or seeking a quieter environment. The toiletries and water heater are in good condition; if you have any issues, please contact the hotel staff directly. The television and air conditioning are also in good condition. Although the air conditioning doesn't look very clean, it's still cool. The room is clean, equipped with a trash can, etc., as shown in the attached picture.

Strategically located and easy to reach in the center of Bogor city.

The large family room is enough for 5 people. It is made on 2 floors but there is only 1 AC and it doesn't reach the 2nd floor.

The staff was very kind and friendly. An issue with the room type inconsistency in the app was resolved promptly. Ultimately, the room was upgraded at no additional cost. Thank you.
