The new room is okay, but access to the new room is only via stairs on the 3rd floor and through the 2nd floor which is a renovated building with dim lights, it's a bit scary.

Because the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, the area is uncomfortable and the rooms feel neglected. Hopefully, after the renovations are complete, things will be more comfortable. Improvements can be made to the toilets, floors, and cleanliness of the dining/reservation area. The hotel is close to town, with easy access. Thanks to the staff for their effort in replacing us with a more suitable room after our complaint.

Please improve the following: 1. My hotel room is in a new building on the 3rd floor, and it's still very dusty and dark when you go upstairs. 2. There are no clean towels in the room. 3. There is no mat/cloth in front of the bathroom. 4. There are no toiletries, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, or shampoo. 5. There is no mineral water; only two glasses and an electric kettle are provided. 6. The bed linen is dirty.

The room was nice, but there's no elevator to get to the third floor. The lights went out when I climbed the stairs to the second floor, making it a bit scary. Please improve the lighting. The room was comfortable.

I was hesitant when I first booked because the reviews were pretty bad, but when I checked in, it turned out to be a great room for the price. The service was friendly and good, and breakfast was delivered to my room. The room was nice and clean, and it was a great price for a room with two beds, which was enough for me and my family. Please don't hesitate to stay here; it's great, clean, and comfortable ☺️

The room is on the 2nd floor, which has to climb stairs. And the stairs are very dark, it looks like a new building that has not been completed, very scary, very horror impression. I brought 5 children, with 2 rooms and stayed for 2 days. It was very tiring carrying children and having to go down the stairs. Asked for a room downstairs because my position was very tired going up and down the stairs carrying things and carrying 5 children but the staff said it was full. The service is very poor. No one helped carry things upstairs. At breakfast time there was no one on duty and there was no refill. So I only ate rice and vegetables because there was nothing else on the table because it was not refilled. There was no soap even though I stayed 2 days. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor. There were no towels. In the room only provided toothbrushes and toothpaste and tissues. Mineral water was only given 1 bottle during my 2-day stay. The room was not cleaned, no one checked or guarded, drinking had to be consciously we had to go downstairs to bring water using a glass jug. Ah, very tiring with a toddler, really tiring. I regret staying here. The service is very poor. Won't be coming back to stay here, enough is enough ☹️

First time staying here, if you look at the reviews it seems not worth it, but my little family and I felt comfortable sleeping in this hotel. It happened that we didn't intend to stay overnight just for transit, but overall it was good, the room was comfortable like a new one. Got the new building on the 2nd floor. When we arrived, it was a bit creepy because the hotel building wasn't 100% finished yet. Including my room, it seemed not finished yet, the cables were scattered, the power outlets were about to come off, there was no mat in the room, the TV was a smart TV, the AC was cold, the mattress was soft, the sheets & pillows were clean. It's just that the service staff were not very communicative, we had to actively ask, but they were nice, unlike previous reviews that said the staff were rude. Hopefully in the future it can develop better, the new building will be finished soon. Always be successful 💗

The room was incomplete, there was no soap or towels. The security was unfriendly. People were out looking for food, so they were being talked about as being unwelcome and accused of all sorts of crimes.

When we arrived, the receptionist didn't greet us well. They didn't show or escort us to our rooms. At breakfast, we were only allowed to eat and no one was looking after us, so the cats could freely try the food too. Please improve the service. I hope what I reviewed will be good material for future improvements. Thank you.

The hotel is comfortable, nice, the service is good.

The price is expensive, around 600 thousand for a family room. Hot AC, no hot water, dirty and smelly toilet. No mat. The towels are worn out. Breakfast should have been 4 but was given 2. Even then, chicken porridge was delivered to the room, if you want breakfast you have to buy it outside the hotel. The plus is that it is close to the city, in front of the hotel there are lots of food. Hopefully in the future this hotel will be better.
