The place is neat and comfortable, the room is also fragrant, and the river view is cool in the afternoon because it faces the Mahakam Bridge.

Overall ok. Towels are only available after 4pm, so if you want to shower earlier you have to wait.

This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel, when checking in we were asked to wait because the room was not ready for about 38 minutes (we were given the option to change rooms and didn't wait long), after entering the room we ordered, it turned out there were no towels so we were asked to wait and check the sheets, there were stains so we asked for a replacement and it was immediately replaced, but we still had to wait for the towels. Housekeeping has good service. The food is delicious, there are many choices, but the AC water drips near the playground so we have to be careful, children run towards it. When checking out, it was fast, not like when we wanted to check in.
