The service is really act of service. The first time checking in here is very satisfying compared to hotels in its class.

Overall okay, the room is clean and spacious, the location is easy to access everywhere.

This is my first time staying here, the service from the hotel staff is very friendly out of all the hotels, the location is also close to everywhere, it's in the city center, they gave me hampers, next time I will stay here. 😀

During breakfast, the kids' milk cartons and yakult were all gone and no one could get any. Asked for more, but they didn't give it. Even though there were many children in the restaurant that day. That's the only thing that's unfortunate.

As for the food, Royal Asnof is really delicious. I've often broken my fast here and the food is never not delicious! 😍 The breakfast is also delicious, the best chicken satay, the rooms are clean and okay.

Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is comfortable and close to the city.

Just arrived at the hotel, the items were helped to be carried. There was welcome bread and chocolate (maybe because of the Christmas moment), comfortable room, delicious food and lots of choices. Deluxe room, children pay additional breakfast 40 thousand (it's okay, it's comparable to the food, delicious) the hotel's location is strategic. Great. Will come here again if I go to Pknbaru. Expression the first time I arrived at the hotel it looked magnificent it turned out there were women dressed in less material. Like call girls hanging around the hotel. Making my little child look at the older sister in sexy clothes that were less material and plump even though she was Muslim. Then when we arrived at the room, the room was spacious, but not soundproof. So the next room was talking, we were walking in the hallway or in the room we could clearly hear what people were saying in their room. And it was very disturbing in the middle of the night if there was a child crying or a couple making out. And to order food / drinks on the phone ping pong. Initially on the telephone it said number 3 for the restaurant. After ringing number 3 it turned out to be told to call 130. Then we called 130 but no one answered. Then we were forced to call 0. Then 0 told to call number 6. So it was troublesome for customers. It should have been clearly written which number the bell was going to. Then when the order arrived, we were forced to pay cash. The bill could not be entered into the room bill at checkout. Then the last one, at 11 am an officer came to ask whether I was still staying or checking out. Then I said checking out, the officer immediately said that the latest is 12 pm, ma'am, I have to check out. Even though it was only 11.15 am. The problem of late check out should be paid per hour, in my personal opinion, if I check out late. That's all I think is a bit annoying and troublesome. Thank you.
