The bathroom smelled and was dirty. There was no water mat. Last year, the cleanliness was still maintained, but this time I was disappointed, even though I've been a regular stay here every time I come to Padang for the past 10 years.

Awesome, pocket-friendly price, my little suggestion to the hotel is to improve the soundproofing, and the lighting in the room, there are many light switches but they don't work properly 🙏🏻🥰

for the staff is friendly and very helpful. stayed here several times every time when we first checked in the towels were not ready, they always came in the afternoon. while when we first checked in we wanted to take a shower. pay attention again to the completeness of the lights in the room, there was 1 light bulb that was not working.

The staff is a bit rude, to the point of not being greeted, perhaps the service needs to be improved. The room is nice but the staff is not very thorough in terms of cleanliness, towels are only delivered in the afternoon. A good hotel needs to train its service again.
