The location is comfortable and strategic, and it's great. The only problem is that the room smelled like a gas leak, and I couldn't sleep because the smell was so strong that I couldn't breathe. When I complained, I asked to be moved, but they didn't allow it, and instead asked for an additional 500,000 Rupiah.

For the price of Rp1.5 million per night for a family room, the facilities I received were not commensurate. At least there should be a hairdryer. The hotel is an older building. And the glasses provided all still had traces of dust, some of which were from previous meals. Hopefully this can be used as input for future improvements. Oh, one more thing, near the swimming pool there are two deep holes, probably for the pool cleaning system. The problem is that the hole covers have collapsed, so if children are not careful, they could fall in.

Room cleanliness is excellent... recommended for children's swimming, valet parking service is ok.

The staff is unfriendly, the lobby is hot and dry, and it's difficult to get to the room by winding roads.

The AC suddenly shut off in the middle of the night, and after turning it on, it stopped cooling. The technician wasn't on standby 24/7, so I couldn't sleep all night due to the heat. You should have made sure all the facilities were working properly before letting guests in. 😤

Very comfortable in the hotel environment, the hotel rooms are clean and the swimming pool area has clear clean water which is very impressive.

I stayed in a standard room for 1,165,000 Rupiah, which was simply not worth it. The hallway was extremely hot, the TV was blurry, and the AC wasn't cooling. The breakfast was mediocre, nothing special. Compared to other hotels in the same 1 million Rupiah range, the quality and breakfast were far below those in hotels in the 1 million Rupiah range.

I stayed for 2 nights, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, the lock was hard to open, the AC wasn't cold enough, the phone was sometimes on and sometimes off, there was no ashtray.
