Hotels that are managed by service are a lot of help

Comfortable ok room, delicious breakfast and a variety of menus.

I reached there at 11.30 pm and check in counter was closed. security person did my check in which was a very frustrating and long process. then I found a lot of bugs on the bed. so I just left and went to another hotel. worst experience ever!

Nice place to Escape for Family or Business

I reached there for about 1am and the entrance was dark and no one and the reception counter and one of the security said the all staff have gone back. After I told the security that I got booking and paid through online then one of the staff came out from nowhere and registered me and gave the room key and the room is out of my expectation.

The hotel is conveniently close to the beautiful sea view.

Rooms are not clean ... ade a lot of hair on the shower floor.

Got a newly refurbished room so it feels new. However the cleanliness can be improved. The room was generously spacious. The pool is clean, and the nearby beach is great, good for picnic and swimming with family. Food choice is limited but tasty.

Disappointing. Just go to the room, I heard the sound of dripping water from the sink, coming in to fix the poket there are still many other things. Keep the bag for the front counter, the telephone wire is pulled up, I had to hold the wire to connect. which is not cleaned, the hair on the floor.Sliding the windows not being washed, and the hallway which is full of rubbish and curtains and towels that are in use is not suitable for the hotel room as well as dust on tv and even racks.The room is big but love hygiene is gone .The cream is very clean and the breakfast is also good.Receptionist Anis is very helpful.

Friendly staffs, good food. No replacement of mineral water, no extra pillow, toilet a bit dirty. Please make sure public used swimming pool wear suitable swimsuit, using ordinary wear will unclean water. Thank you.
