Almost the entire resort is okay and kid-friendly. There are many activities such as jeep shows, bubble foam pools, etc. But what's less pleasing is the dirty water in the bathroom (brown), it seems the water filter hasn't been cleaned. I've informed FL but no one came to the room to check. It didn't take long for it to get a little cleaner but it's still a bit dirty and my sensitive skin immediately got a red rash when I showered. Hopefully the water filter in the room can be cleaned regularly so guests can stay comfortable.

The staff is friendly, the shuttle bus service is fast, and it's very kids friendly.

Unfortunately, the usual abundance of food for children is now reduced. While there used to be popcorn, cotton candy, pizza, sushi, pretty pudding, and colorful donuts, they're no longer available. These are the things children envision before arriving and immediately seek out at breakfast.

In the playground there are food and drink stalls, I think the prices are very friendly.

The resort area is vast and offers a wide selection of villas. The one I chose was located far from the main area. While a shuttle is available, it requires a public road used by local residents. Perhaps access could be made from within the river, given the vast expanse of land, for added comfort. A tip for guests: To access the resort, be sure to use the alternative route from Puncak.

Perfect for a vacation with family or a partner. The place is comfortable, clean, cool, and has complete amenities. The breakfast is top-notch. I really enjoyed my staycation here and want to come back again.
