Oh my God, I had a wonderful staycation here. I truly have no regrets about choosing JSI for my staycation. My kids were very happy, and the service was top-notch.

Friendly staff, lots of breakfast variety, comfortable.

My staycation with the family was very enjoyable. The air was fresh and the cleanliness was good. However, the service at the restaurant was less than helpful, and the food was very unappetizing and lacked variety. Hopefully, this will be improved soon.

Staycation with family in Cherokee was really really fun, and celebrating mom's birthday turned out to be really fun. Next time I'll try another type, aka nagih!

Booked 3 Sahara rooms for 2 nights and received a free upgrade to the Gladiator. The amenities are complete and kid-friendly, with free animal feeding at the mini zoo, foam parties in the pool on weekends, and a great playground. There was a slight issue with the AC sensor upon check-in, but it was quickly resolved by the friendly and efficient staff.

It's good but car access is difficult, you have to go through a very small alley market.

Nice, comfortable, but the Gladiator 3BB toilet can't be pressed, so it's just flushed. I didn't have time to tell the staff. Everything's fine, safe. Suggestion: Put up a curtain for the changing area in the pool since it's a mixed-gender area.

The best staycation experience at JSI Resort. Took 2 nights staying in the Cherokee Tent. Very very comfortable and perfect for healing! Especially on the second night it rained from night to dawn, adding to the serene impression. Overall everything was perfect in this experience. The service from all the staff was very good and friendly, the room was not lacking anything, even when asking for a change of towels & refill of mineral water, everything was cleaned up until the amenities were replaced with new ones. The breakfast was the best! There are so many variations and overall everything is delicious, the menu also changes. Had a chance to try eating at the restaurant too, and it was very worth it for the price offered. Most importantly, this hotel is very kid-friendly. Because they have a large area to explore, there is a swimming pool, a mini zoo, a really cool outdoor playground, very suitable for bringing children to grounding. If asked whether or not to come back, YES, OF COURSE! Next time I think I will try the villa. Thank you, JSI Resort!

Wow, that's so much fun! It's a truly kid-friendly resort. There are tons of activities for kids, including foam parties in the pool, animal feedings, a huge playground, and even river access. Wow, I really enjoyed my vacation here.

Staycation is not too far because the location is still below Puncak. Suitable for those with small children because it is all-inclusive. The room price includes indoor & outdoor playgrounds, a mini zoo (deer, goose, duck, chicken, peacock, ostrich, monkey, fish), watching TV at night, children's & adult swimming pools, shuttle car, jeep show. Oh yes, just a suggestion, please provide handrails on the stairs for more safety and one more thing, the water heater's hot water is missing.

Stayed in the gladiator type, the room was spacious, the atmosphere was nice.
