This was my first time staying here. In terms of facilities, I think it's perfect for kids because there's a wide variety of options, from a mini zoo to a large playground area. However, I found the room to be infested with ants, and some of the walls needed repair. The room wasn't very big, and I chose the cheaper Sahara Container room type through the app. I ordered some food, including fried rice. It was delicious, but when I first ordered it, I told my child not to use chili peppers. However, I noticed there were chili flakes in the fried rice, so I asked for a replacement. Hopefully, it will be improved.

The atmosphere and facilities are perfect for a family vacation. The breakfast variety is good and complete. An explanation of the shuttle service should be provided to all guests, as I wasn't informed at the time that there was one. The security team is good, but needs improvement when it comes to lost parking passes, as the front desk and security are constantly passing the buck, and the resolution is slow.

Because we were staying in tents, the sound of motorbikes going back and forth in the middle of the night was so loud that we couldn't sleep well. 🤦 The swimming pool would be better in the middle of the accommodation area, not at the end near the lobby, as it's far from the rooms and less strategic. There's a lack of other entertainment besides a play area for children.

The best hotel. Yesterday, I had a room near the mini zoo and complained about an unpleasant odor, but I ended up getting an upgrade to a room one level better. JSI is truly the best ❤

Overall, it's good and convenient. However, the shuttle service really needs to be increased. Since the hotel is large and has many rooms, there's definitely not enough shuttle buses with only 1-2. And there's no way to call one directly. You have to tell the staff, if you can even find them.

A comfortable hotel in Puncak, as the route from Jakarta tends to be less congested (it's not on the main route). However, it's less suitable for those planning to explore other Puncak attractions, as the route up is narrow and involves many steep climbs.
