The bathroom door doesn't have a lock so please fix it.

Have to pay extra for early check in, even though early check out is also possible.

For a comfortable place, good service, calm atmosphere.

The hotel is strategically located near Margono Hospital and several campuses: UMP, Harbang, and Unsoed.

Ouch, the bathroom lock was broken, it wasn't repaired, so it couldn't be closed, the shower for bathing, the water didn't come out properly, only a little came out like a bump. There is no hot water, really not a recommendation at the same price, it's better to find another place, hotel management is clearly not very good. Wifi also can't be used, there's no toothbrush either.

Wifi nya ngga ada, apalagi TV, cuma pajangan, alasanya Indihome gangguan, terus aku bilang ga ada router nya, alasan lagi ternyata kita parabola, nanti kira-kira bisa kok, ruangan berdebu, water heater ngga ada, shower nya ga bisa, mandinya pake wastafel (lantai 2 gedung A)

Hotel bagus, nyaman, harga murah. Cuma ga nyaman sama larangan merokok di kamar. Oia ga ada mandi air panas. Untuk kamar bagus, AC juga bagus, tv bagus.

In the corner of the ceiling of the room & bathroom there are spiderwebs :(then the bathroom when I entered there were hairs in the closet (I doubt whether the room and bathroom are always cleaned after guests stay). The sheets are also in good condition limp like it's not ironed. If this is the case, it's normal for guests to stay a little bit (looking at the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, it's quite worrying). Suggestion: it's better if the staff who clean hotel rooms should be added or given proper directions regarding the procedures for good hotel cleaning services. So many criticisms and my advice. Not comfortable, AC, it's slow to cool down. The room walls are damp, the bathroom smells. Service is not friendly.

No tissue was given, water faucet trouble, in the bathroom there were small worms at night I flushed them until they disappeared, and in the morning they appeared again, the sheets and pillows smelled musty, the glasses for drinking were dirty like they weren't washed.

It's actually quite comfortable. For hot water, you have to use a mixer tap. The water period is directly from the water heater output. There is no cold water mixer. That is, if it is set that much the water is not warm. If it's on the hot set, just direct hot water, there's no cold water mixture. . The shower hose is too short because it sticks from the top of the water heater. On the pillow happened to find a tomcat animal. The pillowcase smells of saliva. .
