Unfortunately, no refunds are available. My story is, I was planning to visit the Alahan Panjang tourist attraction, so I made the wrong choice. I thought the Mami Hotel was near Alahan, but when I checked, it turned out to be far away. So, we couldn't cancel, so we were forced to stay there. The road was long, deserted, and narrow.

The staff is friendly, it's just not soundproof enough, the noisy neighbors in front can still be heard, but otherwise it's comfortable, there's hot water too.

Friendly and responsive staff. I initially booked a standard room but ended up upgrading to a deluxe room because the standard room was full, free of charge. The room was clean, but the sheets needed updating, as the pillows weren't clean enough. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. Thank you, Mamihotel❤

The room was quite comfortable, with sachet drinks provided, and the bathroom and room area were clean. The hot water heater worked well, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel is also close to the city center and the city park.

Recommended for families, clean, spacious, fully equipped rooms, the only downside is there's no elevator, got a room on the 3rd floor so it's quite an effort to climb the stairs manually 😆
