When I first came to Hanoi, I was afraid I wouldn't be in a good place. But I still want to choose Tulip. Overall the room is quite ok. At the first time I came to check in, the staff told me that I had booked a room that I had not paid, so I let myself stay in another room. When I went to the room I saw that there was a cool window so I and my husband decided to make up for the money to stay in that room. The room is quite clean and fully equipped. Only 1 point deducted is when checking out my husband to charge, the staff told me to move around room only 600k. (My room put a total of 3n2d is 704k) I have full husband without missing a thousand but say there is 600k, when going to the airport my husband asked me to know the incident. I do not know whether at the website or at the hotel, I feel a little uncomfortable about the reputation of both.
