It's right in the heart of the city. If you want to walk around the hotel, there are plenty of places to eat, hang out, or have coffee. So you save on accommodation costs. The place is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Thank you.

I always stay here on every business trip to Jakarta. It's modern and comfortable. Easy access everywhere. If you want a relaxing coffee, just head downstairs. It's simply the best.

After staying here for four nights, I experienced the hotel operator's unresponsiveness to customer requests. I requested housekeeping in the morning, but it wasn't done until noon. I asked to pick up laundry from the room in the morning, but it still wasn't done until noon. I called again that afternoon to ask why my morning request hadn't been done, and she asked back, "What did you ask for?" This means she didn't take any note of my request, just said yes to the morning request. This happened every day for the four days I stayed here. The operator was incredibly annoying.

The room was clean and nice. The toilet is clean. The room has no smoking or other smell. Staff are polite and helpful. Overall, my experience staying here is good and quite satisfying.

The location is close to Monas, only a 5-minute drive away, and the breakfast menu is varied. Upon check-in, you'll receive two food packages and a t-shirt (not sure if this is a regular feature, but I'm happy).

My 3-night stay at Yello was very memorable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our request for mirror art for our child's birthday was fulfilled, and we even received a welcome cake. 😊 We also reported any items we left in the room and helped with their delivery. A great choice for a staycation in the city center.
