Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The service provided by all staff members was excellent, including the security personnel, reception staff, breakfast team, and everyone else I interacted with. Check-in was smooth, the information provided was clear, and all staff were friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the housekeeping service. While I was having breakfast, housekeeping entered my room and started cleaning it. When I returned at around 9:00–9:30 AM, the room was already being serviced without any prior confirmation. This was quite intrusive, as my family and I had not yet organized our belongings and were not planning to leave the hotel yet.
As a result, I had to wait outside my room for approximately 15–20 minutes until the cleaning was finished, which significantly affected the comfort of my stay.
From my experience staying in hotels both domestically and internationally, housekeeping is usually scheduled closer to midday or only after guests have left the room or given permission for it to be cleaned.
Before booking, I noticed that this hotel has consistently received excellent ratings and reviews across various platforms. Overall, I agree that the hotel provides outstanding service. I hope my experience with housekeeping was simply an isolated incident, as I believe this is probably not something most guests have experienced. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration so that future guests can enjoy an even better stay.
