Usually staying at this hotel is fine, but this time the room was uncomfortable. Moreover, I requested a non-connecting room, but instead I was given a connecting room. Worse, at night it was very noisy with children trying to open the connecting room door, and outside the door people walking very loudly and children running around. The bathroom smelled, not cleaned properly. The room was in an old building. The breakfast food was not delicious, unlike a few months ago when I stayed here, it was delicious, but this time the taste was very off. Please revise the chef.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Samara Hotel. All the staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Batu City, close to culinary options. It's also close to JTP 1 and 2, and Batu Square. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you to all the staff, including the security guard and the receptionist. Everyone was great ❤️

It's really great, making it another destination of choice if you're on holiday in the Batu area.

I really enjoyed my staycation here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room decoration and the greeting on the mirror were free. It's a shame they still had to pay for the cake. I've had a free experience at other hotels celebrating Mother's Day, haha. But it's okay to pay. I'll stay here again next time.
