This hotel is located in the middle of the city, but for the price of 200 thousand rupiah, the room is good in my opinion, and it's spacious to the point that my husband asked for an extra bed because it was too big for an extra bed. The service is friendly, there is parking for cars too, there is a hot water dispenser near the lobby, it's great.

The reception staff was unresponsive when I complained; instead, the room attendant was the one who promptly helped. My room was infested with cockroaches, and I requested a room change because the AC wasn't cooling. The attendant also took care of that.

The receptionist is sometimes good, sometimes rude, sometimes fast, sometimes not so much, because of the different people. So every vacation to Bdg, I often stay at Sanah. And the elevator, please turn it on, sometimes it's a bit complicated if you're carrying a lot of stuff.
