The hotel is beautiful, clean, tidy, and safe. It's close to the mosque, which is crucial. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. It will be our go-to hotel next time we visit Palembang.

Regarding toothbrushes, they can be purchased at the front office for only Rp 5 thousand. Thank you for the review which for us is a means for improvement. We also ask permission to clarify: 1. We do not provide toothpaste in the rooms but it can be obtained at our front office for IDR 5,000 (five thousand rupiah). 2. The towels we provide are according to 1/2 star hotel standards, not luxurious but guaranteed cleanliness. 3. Based on our search, you are staying in room 102. In appl. Traveloka, the Superior room display is room 102, but the photo is not cropped as you show. That's our clarification, sorry for the inconvenience. Thank You!

Thank you for your review and we have followed up on it. For rooms and bathrooms which are said to be a bit narrow, we also have wider rooms, namely the Deluxe type and all of our rooms use Spring Beds instead of mattresses. The pillowcase looks yellow, after we learned it could be caused by the room lighting where we used warm white lights. That is our clarification and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you Traveloka and Denata, Looking for a hotel near the church, walkable, if you bring a vehicle there will be traffic jams... 🫣. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the wifi is fast, the TV has many channels. Didn't taste the food and drinks, There is a deposit.
