The most recommended hotel in Makassar, very comfortable.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at this hotel, the room is clean, everything is as expected.

I like this hotel because it's clean, but the sheets aren't as clean these days, and you can hear all the noise from outside. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay in when your wallet is tight.

Thank you Citihub again. By chance, I got a new receptionist yesterday, so I had to show my ID. Usually, with the old staff, it's quick. Just deposit and auto check-in. But it's okay, overall it's good. I had a unique experience when they brought me a mukena and prayer mat for the Eid morning prayer. This service is cool. Citihub is always the hotel that is clean, comfortable, with an aesthetic scent from the lobby to the room.

Yesterday I ordered the wrong room type, but when I arrived at the reception, they were very kind in upgrading me to the deluxe room I wanted. Thank you to the female staff on Thursday afternoon, I was able to check in right away at 1, even though the check-in time was supposed to be 2. All is well ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First, I was given a room that couldn't be opened even though it was on the 5th floor, so I had to go down again to ask for a change of room... Why was there no check/report from the room service department?? The toilet couldn't be flushed because it was broken, so I had to lift the lid and press it manually to flush... Why was there no more check/report from the room service department??
