Received a very worthwhile service with Afternoon tea, ice cream used by Haagen Dass at check in. Very good service staff. The food at the restaurant is ok. It is suggested that Thai food can be delicious. At night, there is a Surprise Birthday cake for you. The living area inside the room is good, clean, fully equipped, mini bar, you can eat everything without worrying about things, including snacks, fruit juices, soft drinks. What I like very much is crystal drinking water and it comes with it. So 6 bottles of Breakfast, there are many to choose from. Unlimited orders There is coconut water for children as well. The gardens and walkways are clean and well-maintained. When checking out, there is a Nespresso coffee to choose the intensity level for free. It is considered a very good value for money hotel. compared to other places

Good atmosphere, beautiful rooms, good mindset staff, very impressed. Whoever goes there doesn't have to eat anything. Snacks, snacks are served all the time. Delicious food. Must go back again for sure. P.S. I want to add a table in the room. There is so much food that there is no place to put it.

I don't have enough words to describe how great was my stay at The Series Resort Khaoyai. The hospitality started when the staff called me and informed that my room is ready for check in. When we arrived there, the staff (forgot to ask the name, the young girl with the glasses) came to the car with the umbrella and guide me to the lobby. She served the welcome drink (the best welcome drink ever) and took me for the hotel tour and room tour, she explained every detail of the hotel and the service. The room was incredible with Bali style (make me feel home, I'm Indonesian and stuck in Bangkok for 3 years cause of covid19), there is warm welcome letter on the bed. The resort also give the complimentary for the afternoon tea with 2 basket of cake, Thai Small bites appetizer with the many options of tea and 2 cups of Hagen daz ice cream. The hospitality don't stop there, they also brought as snacks to the room with sweet good night letter and drinks to the pool when we were swimming in the morning. The breakfast was amazing, many options of food and all taste delicious. The time of check out, they still amazed me with another complimentary (again), they packed me 2 drinks with 2 homemade cookies and accompany me to the car with the umbrella. The best resort I ever stay in Thailand! Really high recommended to stay there. Private place, fresh air, nature view, clean and fresh room, big bathtub and free mini bar (yass free). I will absolutely come back again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you for all the hospitality and the service. Great job 👏🏽

Having read the reviews at this resort for many months, I went to stay in the middle of 11/2018. I was impressed with the help and service that smiled willingly in every service. Nice and friendly staff, The hotel is quite private. the room is lovely and very clean. The hotel provide a lot of complementary for us. We ordered food for dinner more than 800 THB, the hotel gave us free a steak (grilled beef). When we arrived and went in to the room. They put a welcome card on our bed and when we back from outside, also found small pieces of chocolate. When we checked out the give us two cup of coffee and cookies. If we back to Khao yai again, we will stay here.

Greatly enjoyed our one-night stay! The Series stands atop for hospitality standards among others. It has easily become our most favorite resort in Khao Yai so far! Will definitely come back!
