It was terrible and I was fed up. I waited until past 3 a.m. for the room to be ready. When I entered the room, the floor was still wet, having just been mopped. Check-out was at 12:15 p.m. After that, there was a 30% charge, according to the receptionist. I was fed up!

Nice hotel for the price. Bathrooms need an update, but besides that, not bad.

The kids were happy, with a swimming pool and mini playground. Luckily, we got a great deal yesterday, and the staff was friendly.

The first time staying here was quite fun for the kids, close to the kids' favorite ice cream restaurant.

I thought breakfast was a buffet, but it wasn't.

As for the room, it was okay, great, clean and tidy. But what was disappointing was that children under 5 years old were charged for breakfast if their height was above 90 cm, even though other hotels in the same area still had free breakfast for children under 6 years old. Even though I booked 3 rooms at the same time with my family. Well, my child and 4-year-old nephew were disappointed because their height was over 90 cm and they were charged. Sorry, I gave it 2 stars 🙏

An older hotel in need of a deep cleaning and some renovations to make it presentable. The lobby is beautiful and artistic, but unfortunately, the rooms are full of mold. The paint is peeling here and there, and my room even had lipstick stains. The blankets have traces of ironing. The bidet is leaking, and the shower switch also needs repair. When I sat in the restaurant terrace area, there was a strong fishy smell, probably left over from a previous wedding party that wasn't cleaned properly. The manhole cover leading to the basement parking lot needs repair to prevent it from becoming a hazard. The TV isn't a smart TV, so it can't watch digital streaming platforms. When a guest wanted to check in on the fifth floor, all the lights on that floor went out, making it look very scary when the elevator doors opened on the fifth floor.

The hotel staff and security were friendly. Check-in was fairly quick. There were only a few points in the room that needed improvement. The bathroom door wouldn't lock due to a broken hinge. There were no tissues in the room, and there was an old creamer wrapper under the bed. There were no contact numbers on the phone, such as for reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant. The playground area looked like it needed repainting or, if possible, replacing it, as it was rusty.

Breakfast was already sold out of several menus at 8:30, strange but true, first hand experience.

The hotel is really nice in terms of design and architecture. But the shower head is hard to pull out.

This was my second time at the Onih Hotel, but it was very disappointing, unlike the first. My room had cool air conditioning, was clean, and had complete amenities. This time, the room was lacking: no tissues, toothbrush, or doormat, until I finally asked the receptionist for one. Breakfast was also different from the first stay, which was directly at the restaurant with a wide selection of dishes. This time, it was delivered to the room without any drinks.

I have stayed at Onih Hotel twice. The location is very strategic, the staff is friendly & the buntut soup + nasgor is delicious. Next time I will stay at Onih again when I go to Bogor.
