The staff is friendly, but the place is really under maintenance, dirty, not soundproof. The breakfast is the same everyday: nasi goreng, noodles, egg, kroepoek. We came after the 17th Aug, and there are noises of music from surrounding events up until midnight! The room will only get clean if you stay more than 2 nights, but we had to ask the staff to clean after a 3-night stay, otherwise they don’t clean your room. The staff is however very nice & helpful. The poor hotel management is the issue here. I will not recommend anyone to stay here. It is also difficult to get GoCar from this villa because the place is not strategic.

Recommendations for those who want to vacation with family

Our stay at this villa was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's located near popular Lembang tourist attractions, so it's easy to get everywhere, avoids traffic jams, and doesn't tire you out on the road. Breakfast was delicious, and the evening snack was also delicious, even though it was just fried food and ginger, but it was delicious in the cool evening air. Overall, it was comfortable.

Comfortable and clean. The only shame is that there's no toothbrush or toothpaste.

Highly recommended for family vacations, great location, spacious rooms, and the kids love the pool access. Breakfast is still good... totally worth it. The route is also easy to find. I'll be back again next time 🥰👍🏼

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean hotel, mini playground, and swimming pool. There are vendors often found inside the villa grounds, so you can buy snacks. There are also horses you can ride around the villa for 50,000 Rupiah.

It's very comfortable for a staycation. However, because the roof is bamboo (not soundproof), and there happened to be a family with a small child in the room next door, it was quite noisy. You could hear them running around. Even though it's a bit far from tourist attractions or cafes, online taxis were still willing to pick you up, so your vacation plans went smoothly.

The spacious room has 2 rooms upstairs and downstairs, with a nice view, suitable for a large family of 5-6 adults.

Had a very happy holiday here, super duper beautiful, clean & very comfortable 🩷 I'll stay here again sometime. It has free AC, water heater, smart TV, Wi-Fi, really top 🫶🏻

Alhamdulillah, what I was afraid of seeing other people's reviews.. which said the shower water was not hot.. the pool was dirty and so on.. I didn't experience it... everyone was happy and comfortable... hopefully next time we can visit again with the family.. 😊

Overall, everything is quite okay, standard for a 2-star hotel. Only the swimming pool is not available for children, and the rooms on the upper floor do not have curtains, making it hot during the day.

My 3 days 2 nights stay at this hotel was very comfortable, access to the hotel was not difficult, especially since I brought my disabled parents, the staff were friendly and very ready to serve.

Staying here for 3 days and 2 nights with a mezzanine type room was very impressive, with a beautiful view from the balcony and the upper room, clean, the bathroom woaaah 😍 is so... Overall, it's great, thank you 👍 I will definitely come back again..

Villa in Lembang, highly recommend rooms with direct access to the swimming pool.

The service is good, everything is good, yeah... It's just that there are a lot of flies in the room which makes it uncomfortable.

There are a lot of flies in the room, if possible install a flycatcher in each room, but overall it's good, the variety of food can be increased or changed so that if someone stays for more than a day, they won't get bored.

The villa is nice, the food is simple but delicious.
