The location is excellent, the room is quite comfortable, the water pressure is good, but the shower head is too small. The bath mat is torn and the linens are faded, but they are still clean and smell good.

The staff is friendly, and the service is fast and responsive. The location is also strategic, close to everything, even walking distance to Kupat Tahu Gempol Legend 👍. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a bidet/jet shower in the toilet and there's no refrigerator in the room. Maybe because I booked a cheap room? But overall, everything was nice 👍

Everything is great. The drawback is only the parking area. My suggestion for the owner of the hotel is to provide more parking spaces because it’s too packed, especially on peak holidays.

So far everything is okay, just the towels need to be replaced because they don't absorb water and the color has faded. The doormat is also really worn out. The free breakfast at the hotel needs to be improved. If these 2 are fixed, I'm sure it will be even better.

Everything was great: the facilities, the food, and the service. However, guests should be aware that the rooms aren't soundproof. If possible, implement a quiet time from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure other guests are comfortable and undisturbed. ❤️
