We had another fantastic time at ibis Bandung Pasteur. We always look forward to a good hotel breakfast, and ibis Kitchen did not disappoint during our recent stay. The buffet spread is generous, the ingredients are fresh, and grabbing a freshly brewed cup of coffee alongside their Indonesian dishes is the perfect way to start the day. Great hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a truly convenient location right near the main gate of Bandung.

The bathroom was not very clean and smelled a bit, and the towels were also not very clean and did not smell good.

The towels and bathroom could be cleaner. The bathroom still smells bad, and the white towels are no longer white due to lack of cleanliness and lack of fragrance. Otherwise, everything is fine. The hotel staff and staff are very friendly and kind.

The staff was friendly. There happened to be a 17th August competition for kids during our stay, and my kids were able to participate for free, along with the fun. Our child left a doll after check-out, and the hotel staff contacted us to pick it up. Good job. The administrative process was smooth, and even when we needed to cancel some rooms, the hotel handled it well and courteously. Recommended for hotels in the Pasteur area of Bandung.

The bathroom is in dire need of updating.

I have stayed here several times and it is highly recommended for those who are looking for a hotel.
