The smoking area smells really bad.

For nearly 700,000 Rupiah, the room was stuffy, smelly, and not soundproof, with the drama of smelly and dirty sheets arriving. Were they not replaced? When I complained and asked for a room change, they told me it was fully booked (which was understandable, since it was the weekend, and the parking lot was already full). The response to my complaint was quite good, and the sheets were changed shortly after. But the experience was still unpleasant. For food, I ordered mendoan (Indonesian fried rice), but it was bland.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is excellent, the bedrooms and bathrooms are always clean and fragrant.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the air conditioning in the room is worth it. Please use a sarong on the pillow; it has a fairly large brown stain. Also, the white rice at breakfast smelled or was stale. Please pay attention to how it's served.

This was our first time staying in the Pasteur area, and at the Ibis Pasteur. We noticed the sheets were no longer white, and the pillowcases were also a bit scratchy, their whiteness faded.
