They showed proof of the reservation and immediately delivered it to our room, but it turned out that it was not the room we had ordered, claiming it was already full from offline bookings. They should have informed us that the room we had booked was full. The room was still dirty, and we were just called to clean it. After a rainy and congested journey, we still had to wait for our room. The location offers a beautiful view and an interesting building concept, but unfortunately, it is not clean and well maintained, and the hotel management is poor. We didn't see many guests until check-out, but the room wasn't given as ordered.

The villa is okay, the air is cool, so it's comfortable to sleep (not really cold), it's close to the location of Curug Nangka, so you can hike there in the morning, the view is really beautiful, we stayed after New Year, so the villa was quiet, it felt like renting a resort alone. Overall, it's recommended for a vacation with a large family.

I think, not enough 1 day to stay here because it is very comfortable plus many photo spots really really cool air, bathroom has hot water. Indeed, the facilities are incomplete, but the hotel will provide the best if you ask. Incidentally yesterday I ordered a villa, there was less equipment, all I had to do was ask the hotel for the deficiencies. There was an incident where the washing pairing was leaking, report it to the hotel, it was immediately handled. The point is we say it's good first, don't just give bad grades. Unless we have reported it but the hotel is not responsive, then we can give a bad rating. So far, have returned to stay here up to 6x, and are always satisfied with the service.

The place is really okay, walking from the front is pretty close, it's not that far until 7 o'clock and walking is pretty scary alone, prefer to bring a water heater or nesting, because there's no drinking water heater, bringing a portable stove is also okay, it's a shame there's one next door family group, doi own the balcony, the view is really good, the swimming pool can't be used, can't see where the pool is. Next time I bring my family here to take over the balcony, it's also close to Curug Nangka, take an ojel, it's only 10k home, you just need more literacy so you don't get scammed there. Lots of ant nests, under dirty beds, orders via the application have been paid, when you arrive at the villa location, someone has already placed them, I don't recommend it.

Service is not friendly. Dirty room dust everywhere. The sheets and pillows still smell like people's sweat. The balcony door and frame are not suitable, weathered, and the hinges are dislodged, the swimming pool has thick moss, the environment is not suitable for resting because it is dirty. Not recommended.

The mattress and pillows are thin, the lighting in the room is only 1 lamp. Turned on too bright to sleep, turned off so very dark.

This cottage is perfect for a vacation with family & partners, in terms of the natural nuances of the mountains which are very good, the air is cool, cold, and fresh, making the mind calm and comfortable, good service, good receptionist service, friendly, it's just that the clean parts of the rooms are not clean enough for part of the bathroom, and the floor is not clean, in the future hopefully it will be cleaner sofar will be very memorable with the moment at the higlander resort.
