Hotel stays with the owner, inconvenient, check-in time is 2pm, but at 3:50pm there is still no room, still waiting for room cleaning, Owner said he doesn't want to use Traveloka app but can't cancel. Traveloka should contact to remove hotel when they don't want to use the app, or have a turn off option to not rent when they don't want to use the app
