The staff provided excellent service. It is suitable for relaxation. In the morning, there is a shuttle service. You can see the sunrise. The atmosphere is good.

This resort is highly recommended. I would have a given a perfect score but I was not able to avail the spa services because the massage therapists are very limited.

Worst experience: first time it happen to me. I felt discriminated the day we arrived. The receptionist who assists me, treated me differently to the foreigners in front of me. She was so polite and nice and welcoming to the foreigners and when its my turn she talked to me unprofessionally, she's not even smile or look at me in the eye. The other staff give welcome drinks and cold towel to the group of foreigners but for me and my friend they don't even bother to offer. When we reach to our room the balcony was plenty of cigarette ashes and debris from wall paints and rust from metal grills on the top of the balcony. The cushions of balcony chairs are so dirty and with birds poop. The sofa has stain also the bed sheet, pillow case, and curtains. The floor was not vacuum properly. We call the reception to request slippers and the person who we talked to us don't know the etiquette of answering phone calls. She don't even mention her name and talked to us sarcastically. Most of the staff are not welcoming, not smiling or even greeted you. I talk to the assistant manager, cause I really felt uncomfortable. She was so nice and offer us a new room and free massage. We didn't take the free massage. Our second room has a nice view but the water pressure on the shower not that strong. The toilet bowl you have to press the flush button twice stop it from continuous flushing, and also there is water coming out at the back of the fridge and the first night we slept in that room we woke up in the middle of the night because of the loud noise coming from the AC. Savoy cafe: breakfast just so so. First night we ate dinner on Savoy Cafe and they forgot our mango shake order so we decide to cancel it. Then the next day we order again shake and it takes an hour to deliver in the pool. We need to follow up again because they forget it again. I choose Savoy hotel to relax but it turns out a very stressful stay. I work in Hospitality industry for more than 10 years now. And I check in different hotels already and by far this is the first time I feel uncomfortable and unhappy experience. They should trained there staff. Our first room: 6022. Second room: 6059. The only thing we enjoy is the pool.

The front office is very nice. The buffet is great and the room is very comfy but above all we love the complimentary sunrise tour, video game and the private beach. Surely we will come back.

Cons - Foul smell from the toilet =( , so-so breakfast, 30-minute travel to and from the stations, ala carte meals are small in portions, bland and expensive - not value for money; Pros - Exclusivity, 5-star ambience, big pools, complimentary activities, courteous staff

This accommodation is perfect for honeymoon or family vacation! If you want the serenity of a private beach and escape the crowded beaches at Station 1,2&3, then this is the place for you. They are also undergoing massive construction of 2 more hotels, shops and condos. The staff are very friendly and have a good command of English. Overall great stay!

We had an amazing time at Savoy (no wonder they always have excellent reviews!). I love that they are located at the quieter side of Boracay, their rooms are amazing (from mattress to pillows to the balcony to the heavenly looking pool area (with amazing water temperature), and the service is to die for! We stayed there for only 2 nights, but we have not met a staff who did not added value to our stay there. From tips on how we can save money on our transfers, to providing complimentary cake & drinks, to offering to take our photos (even offering to provide props so our pictures would look better, I mean, who does that?), to offering to wait for us at the beach so we don't have to walk from the private beach back to the hotel, to giving us the option to get a packed sandwich for breakfast (cause our return flight was just so early). Their employees are so nice and well-trained, they are just awesome! My friend and I easily decided that we need to be back before the year ends! To Boracay First Timers like me, (1) I suggest that you book at least 3 nights in this hotel so you can better explore and have a better grasp of the "Savoy Experience", then (2) book at least 1 or 2 nights on a hotel in station 1 or 2 in main land of Bora so it won't be a hustle to go back and forth between station 2 and Savoy, cause even when they are just near to each other, the traffic is insane (cause traffic in Bora is like Edsa, it's best to avoid it), though, the good thing about Savoy is that they have a free shuttle - I hope they don't remove it, ever! (3) Breakfast Buffet in Savoy is really good so make sure to try it (4) Go to nearby Puka beach (etrike just cost 150php from hotel to puka beach, OW fare), (5) It's effort-efficient booking a transport directly w/ the hotel if you are checking out and going directly to catch a flight at Kalibo airport. ***To Savoy, thanks for an amazing stay but can you please maintain the cleanliness of your private beach better? Right now you guys are at 8/10 rating, making your private beach cleaner will definitely give you an 11/10 :) . Cheers!
