- the room was very moldy - booked, but when I came to check-in, there was no room available - stayed for 4 nights, but there was no cleaning staff for 1 day. - the common area space is also very dirty - not worth the price paid

1. They sold out their rooms but did not close sale, it resulted of my booking was confirmed without any notifications until I got to their property. I had to wait nearly 1 hour outside while they were trying to find a room for me at other property; They had sent me some place but the room qualification was under their room and could not reach my expectation. The service recovery was VND100,000 offered if I agree to stay in other property, so funny. And actually, I had to find other property by myself since I did not agree what they did to me. 2. They gave my personal number to the other one without my permission. What was the personal confidential? 3. Online review is never my habit but they said that they would accept any online reviews, therefore I completed what they challenged me. Since I think that I should alert everyone to consider before making the booking with this property. Online agent should get involved to resolve the issue. You can contact them to double check before contacting me. I need to be adequately compensated by online agent or hotel.

Room without refrigerator, TV, mineral water, normal room.

I requested for late check in and when I came for check in I was not able to call receptionist or the hotel to check in.

Book a room online but no one opens the door. The door is tightly closed. Waited for nearly half an hour to ring the bell, no one heard. Call and then hang up

- The room is like the picture and is decent - The Textile room has a view of the sidewalk shops - There are a few Japanese restaurants near the hotel (need to ask the owner to know where the shop is because there is no signboard) - there is no TV and refrigerator - The toilet is pretty clean

The hotel is very beautiful, meticulously decorated every detail. Although not perfect but worth experiencing. The staff are really cute. Thanks so much ^^

Old toilets, not decorated as photographs. Cheap toilet paper. Towels are not bleached, gray. It seems that the owner only cares about the decoration to take pictures, doesn't care much about how guests will stay and use the service. Hot terrace space. Only few staff members are quite cute.
