The hotel staff is friendly.. Check-in is easy.. But the atmosphere is not comfortable.. this is my opinion..! There is no AC.. only heksos.. Maybe because I took the standard class.. but it's called a hotel.. not reed dorz.. or homestay.. Maybe in the future.. it can be better... 👍🙏

The staff is friendly, the room is on the ground floor as requested, the room is spacious, clean, but the breakfast seems to have very little stock, the food is always finished on the plate, even though there are still many guests who haven't eaten, the buffet but there isn't enough ready stock.

The room was nice, clean, fragrant, had a pleasant atmosphere, and it wasn't too far from the Clock Tower, within walking distance. The bathroom could probably be cleaned better, as the floor was a bit slippery yesterday, but otherwise it was fine.
