The path to the hotel was a narrow alley, and they had blocked off both sides with fences (I don't know if the hotel did this or someone else). A woman standing near the fence gave me a plastic chair and told me I needed to climb over to get into the hotel. I really couldn't believe it, but this is what I experienced firsthand; it's a terrible and traumatic experience. I had two large suitcases and a backpack – the woman said my suitcases should be pushed under the fence, and I needed to climb over it. Luckily, I only booked one night, so I left and walked to find a new hotel nearby. It felt terrible that the hotel put its customers through such a terrible experience. I forgot to take pictures because at the time I was just thinking about finding a new hotel as I was very, very tired.

The room is very old. The receptionist is a plump woman who speaks very badly.

The room door can only be locked with a knob. There is a lot of space under the door. The table in the room was not clean. Heard the music until 3 a.m. The bathroom has only a few clothes hangers. The men's bathroom has a window opening above. Key deposit must be paid in cash only.

Basic place with guest house. It is kind of loud until 4am cause it 's in a party area. There is daily room service which the will clean rooms from 8-11am. It 's kind of a pointless service if most people are partying until late hours. The cleaning staff work until 3pm but will not clean after 1030. The cleaners won't check unless you tell the reception.

The mattress is hard like sleeping on the floor. Not a mattress but a mattress.

When I reach hotel. The staff tell me there is no more room and ask me to walk in other hotel. After aguing more than 1hour they give me the room which haven't cleaned yet.

Nếu đi theo gia đình đồ đạc nhiều thì xách từ đường kaosan vào + leo bộ khá là mệt. - điểm nữa nhưng cũng không yêu cầu cao vì gần như bàn chải, khăn, sữa tắm dầu gội tự chuẩn bị hết, nhà vệ sinh không có cái gì luôn Nchung là 2 vck đi cả ngày về ngủ có mấy tiếng nên đi cũng ksao, nếu bạn muốn đi theo gia đình có người già hoặc trẻ nhỏ thì hơi khó vì nằm gần con đường khá ồn ào Còn nếu bạn muốn 1 khu ăn chơi sầm uất thì tuyệt vời rồi

This accommodation is very bad, the bed is like a board, very narrow, bad service.

I don't think have good experience there. Noisy and bad service, receptionist not helpful.

Generally all good 👍🏻 just they don't have lift so if you have heavy luggage 🧳 please consider this 😬 other than that, the hotel is very near Khaosan road which is for extroverted person or party-person 🤭 and if you prefer public transportation, just only bus is around 🥺 no train or any others, which means you just can take grab, taxi, tuktuk instead if you don't wanna take bus 🚌.

Staff are very nice when you are nice to them, helpful. Location surrounded with everything, nothing special, bed room. Bathroom, cool AC, clean room that s good enough for the price like that. Very noisy from the pubs and bars around if you like quiet or silenced avoid from this place, but I'm a night owl so I have no problem. Good place for me here. I'm gonna be back and stay here again

Located in a location that is really busy 24 hours, strategic if you want to go out at night. But for those who need to sleep quietly it won't be suitable, because the sound of music from left and right of the bar gets louder and louder at night. Lodging facilities are very minimal. The bathroom feels very ordinary, even hanging the soap using a neat rope. There is only 1 toilet for most guests on one floor, in the rooms there are lots of rules and betmen's traps for fines (pillows/sheets/mattresses etc.) I don't know what the mattress is made of. Poke really hard. Cleanliness is also okay.

1. We booked double bed but they told me they were out of double bed and there was nothing they could do and so did we but accept the twin-bed. 2. They receptionist was so rude and unhelpful. 3. Hotel with no elevator and we had to climbed to 4th floor with our luggage. 4. No sound absorption installation caused me unable to sleep until 4:00 AM when the music down. 5. Room is super small and the toilet is way to dirty, no wind-duct caused smell very bad, oe 🤮. Do not stay in this hotel, I strongly aware you.
