the hotel is very comfortable, the view from the pool and restaurant is very nice. the room is clean, the bathroom tends to be narrow but clean and doesn't smell. the check-in and check-out process is also fast. hopefully the cleanliness is maintained yaaa

There are many activities for children, the pool is nice. The food is varied. My room's AC was leaking but the staff immediately fixed it. Friendly. I think I will come here again.

Have stayed here twice, the hotel service and facilities are good, only the additional breakfast for a 7 year old child at a price of 125k seems a bit expensive compared to higher hotels, maybe the price could be adjusted.

Everything is ok, place, Wi-fi, TV channels, AC, hot water, etc. all work well. Food is delicious, view is nice. But unfortunately I have to wait almost 4 pm to check in to sleep at Dresto 10th floor, in my opinion this is a hotel with the slowest check in. The door of the room I got also can't be closed from the outside, so when I go out it's a hassle to have to fiddle with the door so it can be closed until it disturbs other guests

Stayed here a couple of times and so far it's been a wonderful experience. Love the room, the smell of the lobby, and the breakfast meals. The environment and view is so nice, perfect area to take a morning walk/run during the stay. Definitely would come back:)

The AC at the gym wasn't on so I was a bit tired after the gym.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the explanation is complete, especially the swimming pool is highly recommended, it is very suitable for adults and children.

Staffs are helpful, kind, polite, overall good. Facilities are good enough, they have gym & pool, basement parking. My room is deluxe queen, not that big but enough for 2. The room is clean, and beautiful, they give me my birthday complimentary too! Definitely will going back to this hotel!

For breakfast, the menu is not very extensive and the taste is not very good, even though the price for breakfast is expensive.
