Staff are friendly and supportive. They invited me to join the membership, and it is really helpful for my F&B experience within the hotel. The room view is perfect and the location is convenient as well, connecting directly to Vincom mall. The disadvantages are the Wi-Fi and the welcome card had the wrong guest's name written on it, making me confused whether I was in the wrong room.

Everything was fine. Close to shopping malls, restaurants, and a good experience.

Okay, it's close to the city center, the service is polite, and they help you if you forget your belongings.

Staff supported me professionally despite my booking error and were flexible with a late check-out. While facilities are standard, the staff's helpful attitude and support were the real highlights. I’ll definitely be back. Save the date for a wonderful memory here!

Can Tho scenery is very beautiful, there is a tour of the floating market in the early morning, pick up and drop off at the hotel. Breakfast is diverse, the coffee is also very good. Really like it
