The room was terrible. Even on the 6th floor, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The room was awful, and the damp smell was very unpleasant. The receptionist didn't even manage a smile.

The manager's explanation was terrible; when I questioned them, they didn't resolve my issue and just told me to stay if I wanted to, otherwise I should cancel the reservation.

Motorbikes are available for rent here, which I find very convenient for traveling; I don't have to go to the city center to rent one, and it suits my need for independent transportation.

Khách sạn ngay ngã 4, phòng cửa kính 3 chiều nhìn ra cầu vượt. Bạn nhân viên lễ tân chắc là ông chủ, làm 24/7 nên mặt rất khó chịu. Mượn bàn là không cho trong khi bàn là ngay sau lưng. Phòng không dọn, gọi xuống thì bảo là có 1 chị dọn phòng nhưng bận nên không dọn. Không thay khăn các loại hay fill đồ luôn. Phòng không hề có cách âm. Trải nghiệm tệ. Sẽ không quay lại.

Check in 14h nhưng tới 18h chưa có p. Bắt đợi hơn 30ph. Đưa ra lí do vô lí. Điều hoà thì không bật được. Gọi điện nhờ lên ktr thì kêu khách tự tắt đi bật lại. Phải xuống tận dưới để kêu mới cho người lên sửa. Đồ dùng cbj không đầy đủ

Good location, everything is just in the walking distance. The room are really cozy and spacious. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. They always have a quick reply. We have a perfect stay and definitely com back.

Except for the beautiful view and enthusiastic reception, everything is bad. The room was very smelly, the carpet under the bed smelled horrible, and the toilet smelled too. The room is very secret. Besides the central location, the room with that price is not worth it. Receptionist ok.
