The location is strategic. The service is fast. The staff is friendly. The AC is cool. The room is quite clean. The room size is also just right.

I got placed on the first floor, right above the parking space for the hotel. Everytime a loud vehicle parked I can hear it from inside of the room, probably will get higher floored room next time I stay here. Also when I was laying in the bed, I can hear the sounds of TV from the next room, I think the sound proofing can be upgraded. This one probably my biggest complaint, the bed is easily sliding. If you sit on the bed and lay your torso to the bed head, the bed will easily slide to the front. It was pretty bad, maybe can put carpets or something to avoid the bed from sliding around. Amenities are standard, nothing really special. Room size was adequte for 2 people. Room was clean, from the bed to the toilet, pretty spotless. Staff was really friendly.

Choose this based on location also, spacious room and quite comfort

In my opinion, the front office is not professional in their work, joking and enjoying themselves, the AC in the lobby is very hot and only 1 of the 4 ACs are on, I asked about the price of food and the restaurant buffet, none of them knew and answered as best they could. The TV is all blurry, there is nothing to watch

The hotel staff is friendly, check in and check out are also very fast. The downside is that there are no towels / mats in the bathroom. Maybe they forgot to prepare them / there really aren't any. Suitable for those who want to staycation for work / just stay overnight. So far the room is also comfortable, but the bedsheets have stains.

The cleanliness is a bit lacking, the glass is black from coffee. But what's more disappointing, the pillows available in the room are only 2 and they are already flat. When I wanted to borrow a pillow I was charged Rp. 50,000 (per pillow). In my entire stay in hotels, usually only a deposit but never asked for payment for pillow rental. And strangely there is no proof of receipt of payment, whether it is a management rule or it goes into the employee's personal pocket. Just stay here once. Really not recommended. 🙏🙏🙏.
