There are sofa chairs on the terrace surrounded by rooms. At night when staying there was a guest family who chatted without knowing the time, until 22.00 without stopping. Finally called security, after 2 warnings they only dispersed at almost 23.00. It turns out there is no written rule prohibiting maximum chat time. SUGGESTION: just dismantle the sofa and write a rule on the wall: at 22.00 no chatting outside the room.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, can check-in late until early morning. The best guest house.

first impression when arriving here, the front is clean, fresh plants. spacious car park, continue into the room. and surprised at the price, the room is spacious, the mattress is soft, TV & AC are safe. the bathroom is clean, there is a water heater. downstairs there is a fish pond and it is clean and well maintained. there is a little story, at 22:30 there was someone making a lot of noise downstairs. immediately WA the guard and was immediately reprimanded. the guard is friendly and responsive. JOOS will be my main choice if I need to stay in Bandung,

Cheap homestay but really nice like a hotel 😄

I've stayed here twice because the room is comfortable, clean, the space is big, the bathroom is clean and they also provide soap, towels and 2 bottles of drinking water. Basically, when I go to Bandung, this is my favorite place to stay, because the price is affordable and the facilities are good.

Next time I go to Bandung, I'll stay here. It's cheap, clean, and not far from the city center.

The shower closet couldn't be replaced with a ladle and bucket, the hot water was broken, I borrowed an iron from when I arrived at 4 am, it was only available at 10 pm, I was too lazy to go down from the 3rd floor to the FO, so I didn't end up borrowing it (well, maybe it was because of the promo price, so I just gave up).

I often stay here because the mattress used is a real King Koil mattress, which is the term for official hotel facilities and affordable prices 😆
