Increase the variety of breakfast

The location is easy to reach and close to cafes with good views. The facilities are quite complete and the price is still affordable.

There is no electric kettle so if you bring a baby to make milk it is difficult, you have to go to the restaurant to ask for hot water. Breakfast only has 2 menus, fried rice and fried eggs, drinks are coffee and tea, and water.

The rooms and facilities are very clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. It's very pleasant to stay here. Thank you 🙏♥.

The hotel and rooms are clean, the service is friendly, it's just a shame that hot water for tea and coffee is not available in every room.

A comfortable place to vacation with family

Check-in is fast and uncomplicated, rooms are clean, there are swimming pool facilities, children's playground, sports facilities, cool air, suitable if you want to jog in the villa area in the morning, food prices are standard but delicious

Minus: Less friendly staff. There is no water heater in the room, so at night when you want to brew coffee you have to leave the room. No slippers available. Facilities are still available for a fee. Is because. Have guests from our company and church not served? Pluses: the rest is ok. The room is spacious with 2 beds. The swimming pool is okay. Playground okay. Lap ball and basketball okay. Gym okay.

We really enjoyed staying at. Pine hill villa, many facilities: swimming pool, children's games, soccer and basketball, fishing grounds. The bedroom is spacious with 2 large UK single beds, the bathroom is clean (only soap and towels are provided), the drawback is that there is no water heater but there is a normal hot and cold dispenser on each floor. Please standby the gallon of water because when it runs out at 5 in the morning, I want to ask for gallon water to the officer, there is no one at the receptionist. Breakfast only 1 menu of fried rice. Please add only 1 variation to the price offered. Others good service.

Sudah yang ke 3 kali nya kesini, tetap tidak ada yang berubah sejak 6 th lalu pertama kalinya di tempat ini pelayanan nya ramah, tempat yang bersih ruang terbuka nya luas anak-anak pun happy dengan Playground nya, cuma sayang nya breakfast tidak bisa seperti dulu 🤭, mungkin bisa ditambah teko pemanas sebagai tambahan, terima kasih

Complete facilities for children. The waiters are all friendly, cleanliness is taken care of, I asked for a balcony overlooking the swimming column to be given, even though it's on the 2nd floor. Some inputs that must be considered, there is no toothpaste + toothbrush, no water heater, no cup for brewing coffee, and need replacement fixtures in the bathroom. The rest is ok, check in & check out fast. thank you

Pelayan ramah-ramah, tempatnya bagus, sepi dan sejuk, cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Kolam renangnya bersih, fasilitas nya lengkap (area bermain anak, lapangan basket & bola), billiard, pingpong, dan lain-lain). Breakfast nya diantar ke kamar dan rasanya standar seperti kebanyakan nasgor di tempat lainnya. Terima kasih banyak Villa Bukit Pinus, next time kami akan berkunjung kembali. 🥰✌️

Plusnya: dekat dari Ciawi, kolam renang bersih, Playground anak lengkap, double bed besar bisa untuk 4 orang, bersih, pegawai ramah, suasana adem, ada AC tapi tidak dipakai, karena udara sudah adem. Shower panas tersedia. Minusnya: area bukan di Puncak, tidak bisa menikmati view gunung, tidak ada gelas+teko pemanas air, jadi harus keluar ambil di dispenser. Sarapan only nasi goreng diantar kamar dengan teh manis.

Complete facilities. Food is pretty good. Clean rooms. What needs to be improved is that the facilities must be rejuvenated again.
