The room is quite good, but the toilet door is difficult to pull and the air conditioner runs unevenly, or the machine is faulty. Constantly losing wifi. Breakfast is average because the food is not hot and quite small, not refilled. Staff is fine

Very good guys. The view is so beautiful

The weather was cold but the water was only slightly warm, I called the front desk staff twice, but I waited for an hour and there was still no water to shower (from 10am to 12pm). All day in the rain, people were very dirty but had to go to bed because there was no hot water :) Room 301 did not see the WiFi, reported the reception but they still confirmed there was WiFi. However, if you go in the summer, you will probably have a better experience. Because the hotel is decorated quite nicely, warm weather does not need hot water.

Room with a ‘ valley view’ had no view so we were given another room. Small, damp room with a musty smell. Not even space to put our bag down. Bedding had seen much better days. Nice idea as a set up but needs a serious overhaul. Moved hotel after one night.

The room has a musty smell, the room is tight and the door is open, easy for insects to enter the room. The duvet also smells musty, it seems that it has not been changed and cleaned thoroughly.

Nice hotel, close to the center of Sapa, friendly staff, convenient room, with toilet inside and full of amenities for guests, the room is small but clean and cozy, but it is at the relative price of this room. sir. Generally speaking, I should book and if I have the opportunity to come back I will book this Tubotel. Well the hotel has super cool views overlooking the town and the legendary M Gallery hotel. The hotel also takes the trouble to decorate the small scenes for virtual guests.

Location - near Sapa center (5 mins walk with shortcut). Rooms: Well maintained, clean, cute and colorful designs of rooms. Exterior: It's exactly as you can see on the pictures. Nice garden view, mountain view, pool view (too bad we didn't get to swim, too cold, haha) Breakfast: Free, choice of noodles, we did order additional eggs and bread expecting to pay extra but upon checkout they didn't ask us to pay and said consider it as free.. thank you so much! By the way, we also get to check in very early (again for free). We arrived in Sapa at 6 am from a night bus trip and supposedly just going to leave our stuffs in the hotel but they let us get the room key early, instead of the usual 2pm check in. All the staffs were also nice and friendly. We will definitely come back and book this same hotel! Thank you for the wonderful service! ❤️

Lovely hotel Very good service staff. If you arrive ahead of time and the room is ready, he will let you in. Check out time is not complicated, return key is finished. The hotel will keep the passport. When checking out, they will return. Don't worry. Every morning about 10 am, the staff will change the towels. Toilet paper and then bring water to give Very good value for us with the atmosphere around the hotel. When the sky is open, we sleep in the room. Looking at the sky is worth the price.

If next time sapa travel. I still choose TubOtel sapa because everything is ok

Room like in the picture, good atmosphere, good service but on the way to the hotel set up hill.

The room is too small, not enough room to store, the attitude of the staff (or owner) is not enthusiastic, the road is far. Breakfast is okay

I had great Honeymoon days here. Tubotel is very clean, quiet space, delicious food. Still remember the warm cup of sweet cinnamon tea when breaking up Tubotel. Hope to have the opportunity to come back here again with family. Remember forever!

Nice homestay, small tu room like bg, quite warm

Nice hotel, everything is good. But it is recommended that people rent a car to move around. Because from the hotel to the church though about 300m but climbing up and down very tired. Wishing everyone a happy holiday!

Lovely hotel, small room, no fridge, very dizzy bathroom

We are very pleased with the hotel service. Staff enthusiastic, happy, the bedroom is fully equipped. We will choose TubOtel for your next trip to Sapa.

The receptionist is very friendly. View and beautiful view. A little small room. Walking up is a bit tired but because of going up, you have a nice view, you have to accept it.
