The hostel location is very strategic in the central of Hanoi, Old Quarter area. The hostel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We're enjoying our stay here. Thank you so much!

the staffs are very helpfull. they gave me the maps and give me a lot if information. they also gave list of restaurants and entertainment places in details, the name and address.

I stayed here for two nights, the receptionist was very helpful. When checking in and checking out, my luggage was helped to be lifted to the room, the only thing missing was that the elevator was not available. Hopefully the next trip will have an elevator. Thank you 🫰

Plus points: friendly staff, room has balcony so air circulation is good. The heater and water heater are working. There are 2 large beds, so it can actually accommodate 4 people. Good location, close to everywhere. Minus points: relatively small room size (because there are 2 large beds in it). The environment is a bit noisy but tolerable. TV doesn't work. No soap and bottled water are not provided.

The staff is friendly and very friendly… for toiletries, you should bring your own, because the soap provided is very small, and if you stay more than 1 day it won’t be enough…

Been to 5 hotels in vietnam, and this is the best one because the staff are super friendly and can speak english really well (in my opinion vietnam people are not friendly) our previous hotel also not bad but the staff were meh and they don't even understand basic english🙏🏻

The location is very strategic in the middle of the old quarter, but the cleanliness of the sheets is lacking, there is hair on the pillow case too, the staff is very friendly and very helpful, they can speak English too.

Got a room on the 4th floor while carrying a suitcase after walking around Hanoi and going up to the room became even more tired. But the officer's room and others are good 👍🏻 recommended.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, willingly giving their advices for foods recommendations. The room was clean and comfy.

Akomodasi sangat baik. 2 Reception yang jaga sangat ramah dan membantu terutama Tian (Sky) and Tom sangat membantu. Hotel memberikan banyak informasi. Lokasi strategis, cuma sayangnya bagi yang stay di lantai atas akan sedikit kesusahan karena tidak ada lift, tetapi jangan khawatir tangganya cukup nyaman. Aku sangat merekomendasikan.
