The room was very comfortable, the service was satisfactory, the staff was friendly.

Bilik sangat selesa, service pun memuaskan, staff juga friendly.

Air cond not cold, i book is family room. But when i check in say overbook, give me extra 1 room. Toilet door can't closed, lock is damage. I won't return to this hotel, this is my stay experience, first time give poor review

No bath towel, no intercom phone, no coffee sached set, get any fluctuations to the counter to ask for anything less.
