Masyaallah, I just stayed here yesterday. The room was very clean, the bathroom was well-maintained, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the security was also friendly. I'll be back next time. Please maintain the quality. The swimming pool is also clean. My son is happy.

I checked in to a large room, but the room was poorly maintained and the bed was also uncomfortable.

Friendly prices, friendly staff. The atmosphere is also nice for the homeless, the facilities are okay. I think I will come back here again with a different room type😅

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the location is convenient. The only downsides are the lack of an electric kettle, and accessibility for people with disabilities needs to be improved.

I took the Bromo room type, 2 nice spacious rooms, the building is a bit old but okay for a family vacation. The TV is still a tube, the water heater can be used well. I tried eating at the hotel restaurant, it was a bit quiet, but the food was good, not bad. All the hotel grounds staff were nice, the resort is very spacious, the air was still cool, great.

It's just cleanliness, dirty pillows, dirty sheets, the mat isn't waterproof so when you come out of the bathroom it's muddy, the back area of the room is dirty.

The place is right across the road, strategically located, with Indomaret and MCD nearby. Most importantly, the place is very spacious, so you don't have to worry about the kids. It's top-notch. It's on my list of hotels for family visits. Thank you, the staff is friendly. They even asked for an upgrade, as long as it was available.

This is my 3rd stay here, I've tried the Rinjani deluxe room and yesterday the cottage, super comfortable, very kids friendly, the kids are always happy swimming in the warm water, the staff are super friendly, I left my cellphone in the lobby and they immediately picked it up, highly recommended, stay healthy Puncak Raya Hotel staff 🙏🏻 hopefully they will continue to provide the best service, really cool, now there's McD in front so it's even more enjoyable.

The hotel is close to the main road and has pretty good facilities. There's an Indomaret, so it's easy to find what you need. The hotel's atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable. Hotel Puncak Raya is definitely worth a family vacation to Puncak. I'd love to come back again anytime. Thank you Traveloka and Hotel Puncak Raya.
