Staying at Harper Cikarang is comfortable, with easy access to the toll road. The entire staff, from security to the front desk and restaurant staff, is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a full range of toiletries. I always stay at Harper when I visit customers in Cikarang.

The hotel is cosy, the concept is good, the room is comfortable but please pay attention to the small details of cleanliness in the toilet. The check-in process is fast but please improve the hospitality of the receptionist when checking in and be more informative. As a fellow hotelier, you will definitely understand the difference. 24 hours room service and the food served is quite good, the service provided by the security is very good, it deserves two thumbs up. thank you harper.

Last time I went to Harper early 2023, it turns out a lot has changed. The hotel is very comfortable, the room and bathroom are also clean. Thank you very much for the service, the staff are friendly. Thank you also very much to Mr. Rizky.
