The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is strategic. As a suggestion, the TV needs to be upgraded and the hot water needs to be given more attention. During my three-night stay, I only had two hot showers, and even then, I informed the front desk team, but the rest of the time, the hot water didn't come out. As for the rooms, it would be a good idea to provide mosquito spray or spray the rooms after cleaning, as there are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is strategic. As a suggestion, the TVs need to be upgraded. Hot water needs more attention, as during my three-night stay, I only had hot water twice in the shower, and even then, after I informed the front desk team, the rest of the time, no hot water came out. My family and I stayed in rooms 301 and 302. The bathroom was quite small, the shower water was facing the door, making the bathroom muddy. However, the room was clean, the AC was cold, and the staff were all friendly. God willing, we will stay here again when we go to Semarang. Good luck!
