The room is old, smelly, the water is too weak, reported to the hotel but did not find a fix. WiFi in the room can't connect.

The reception is extremely likable. Enthusiastic security guard. Room is clean, fresh. Convenient transportation to tourist destinations

My room booked first, but on the 9th floor, I had to walk 1 floor because the elevator didn't have the 9th floor. The room could not access to wifi all day, the water was hot sometimes. The next morning, the entire power outage in the morning. Bottom line is quite disappointing, will not come back.

The hotel has a great location, enthusiastic receptionist, receptionist named Phuong Anh was very happy and very helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast is varied.
