Pretty good for a downtown guesthouse. Affordable, except the TV remote and AC were having problems yesterday. I'd raise the price by around 150,000 rupiah, but I'd also get drinking water and complete toiletries. Thanks.

The guest house is located in a 25-meter alley, accessible only by two-wheeled vehicles. 50 meters away is the Kimia Farma pharmacy, 200 meters away is the Alfamart, Mesra Indah Mall is about 350 meters away, and the Morning Market & Grand Mosque are about 800 meters away. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and there is only an outside bathroom (the public bathroom is clean), but the downside is that towels are not provided.

I stayed here for 7 nights, and although the bathroom and toilet were shared, they were always kept clean. On a tight budget, but looking for a comfortable place to stay in Samarinda, it's highly recommended.
