There's no welcome drink now, breakfast isn't like it used to be, and my room is a bit stuffy and a bit odd. The TV has been updated to Google for better performance, the environment is beautiful, and there's a clothesline in the room for those staying longer. It's better than laundry, hehehe.

A comfortable place for family to stay.

Everything is ok, only the communication at the egg station could be improved a bit, they just chat all the time, but overall it's ok.

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the bedroom and bathroom were less than clean. Breakfast portions were small and lacked variety for children. This could be improved, considering the excellent location.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. It is close to the center of Ubud, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and close to a minimarket.

Upon entering this hotel, you'll feel like you've entered a beautiful, rural setting. The hotel's architecture is quite unique, creating a sense of comfort. Furthermore, it's excellent value for money. Room amenities are quite good, with a refrigerator, wardrobe, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, and even a bathtub. The Deluxe Double Room also offers a large sofa for comfortable viewing. Breakfast is delicious and very varied; your kids are sure to love the food. One downside is that the glass door in the bathroom needs to be repaired to make it more sturdy.

Overall, the hotel is okay. The atmosphere is comfortable. The room is large and clean. The towels aren't very absorbent, which is probably the only suggestion. The breakfast is okay, although there aren't many choices. For this price in Ubud, it's quite pleasant.

Affordable, delicious breakfast, and a complete set-up for the price is excellent. Clean sheets and towels. Clean pool. However, the rooms are poorly maintained. If they were properly cleaned, they would be perfect.

The hotel was excellent, exceeding our expectations. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, an open space, a refrigerator, and it was clean. The food was also quite varied and delicious. I'm surprised by people who gave less-than-stellar reviews—they think they've stayed in a 7-star hotel. For a 3-star hotel at this price, it's definitely worth it.

I was ordering something from online and I required an Indonesian number, the staff nicely gave me the villa number. Not only that, they also took care of the guest well.

The only thing is that the room was not cleaning everyday. Thank you.
