There are no hotels at the location. Had to move to base 2 location of the hotel. The second base hotel is old and smelly. There is no Reception, the elevator below is the cafe. Get the one near the center

Need to notify early when the hotel is out of room

The room lacks a lot of personal items such as shampoo, shower gel, razor, dryer, but after responding to your manager, you have to add it immediately. The outside of the room is quite dirty, the kitchen seems to have not been used for a long time, quite dirty, almost impossible to use. The two days I stayed, there was a male receptionist whose attitude was not very enthusiastic, my motorbike was quite big to bring into the house, but she didn't give any support, just watched our two struggling.  Quite comfortable feeling here. Large and new room, with room for motorbike overnight. - Walking through the Opera House and the pedestrian street takes about 5-7 minutes. - The window of the room is quite wide and airy. - Surrounded by shops, eateries and cafes

The apartment is new, with a kitchen, so it is also handy. Bedroom very clean and large. The staff are very helpful. The location is quite good, take 5-7 minutes to walk to the theater and sword lake. - I will introduce to colleagues in the company known after this trip to Hanoi.

Spacious homestay, clean, quite nice and comfortable. Not often there is a front desk receptionist but the staff are friendly. A cleaning service is available for a fee, while kitchen utensils and washing machines are free to use. I would be very pleased if I did not encounter a homestay rental. Very bad car! I have been unfairly fined by the police because the car does not have a rearview mirror and insurance. Lose money, lose fun!

We booked the room feeling very satisfied, The room is spacious and clean. Apartment in the center of Hanoi. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to Opera House and Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff are enthusiastic to help. Everything needed in the bedroom and kitchen is very good. I feel really comfortable and free here. All very well. Thanks to the young people here for helping me during my stay here.

Getting to check-in is easy without meeting the landlord. The friendly staff guided enthusiastically. Thank you My baby for helping You set up a tour to Sapa. In the process of staying as well as traveling, I still enthusiastically support. Will introduce people and stay here if there is a chance.

Near the center but very quiet and comfortable. Around many beautiful coffee shops. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Clean room, large bed and very comfortable. Nice view.

Location near the center is quite quiet. I had a good sleep when I was here. Rooms are clean and spacious. The reception staff was warm, ready to answer the questions we asked. Will introduce friends to this place.

Poor facilities, no elevators

A dedicated guide. Rooms are clean, fully equipped. After coming to Hanoi, I will definitely come back here! Very good! :)
