I didn't like the backyard; it was unkempt. The staff was still confused about online booking. My room wasn't ready when I arrived. But the staff was very friendly. However, the management hasn't paid enough attention to the old building, and the restaurant and lobby are neglected.

The hotel staff was very friendly. However, I booked a family glamping room, but when I arrived, the room wasn't finished yet, and I was moved to a regular room for the same price as the family room. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Nice villa for the area around Buleleng. We only stayed 1 night. Good facilities. There is a swimming pool, garden, table tennis, billiards, hammocks. Food is standard and limited but it's quite okay.
