The reception staff enthusiastically welcomes guests thoughtfully, hmmm but I don't feel comfortable in the hotel, the room is a bit moldy and feels dusty, the furniture is a bit old compared to the picture, the mattress is not comfortable, I hope the hotel will improve this part

Clean hotel. Reception is always super enthusiastic. At first, it was only for two nights, but because I was so satisfied, I decided to stay for 5 days :)) Each bed sheet is very uncomfortable. Hands and feet are scratched because the bed sheets are very rough.

Nice and clean room, helpful and friendly staff.
