I had trouble booking another hotel, then replaced here for me. No ladder and on the third floor? That's something I don't want at this price because it's not cheap at all. No mini fridge, no water in the room, go to treatment, so need a fridge enough cold, there is no mini fridge, everything is almost stopped at the room and bed, the decoration is also very normal, no shimmering like photos. Staff is relatively cute, clean. But if selected, will not return.

Free beer, but our room was on a higher floor it’s difficult for us to go up and down I didn’t like that they keep our passport until we checkout, for breakfast it’s only bread and some options of jam

Clean homestay, cute staff, when I book, Luci party has not closed my booking for a room of 3 people, but I can exchange it for room 6 people so I always stay wide, hehe

No free water? like what? even though the staff is nice, and that’s all about it. no elevator, no water, no mini bar.

I am so happy staying at this hotel and very impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff. Always get warm greeting from the hotel staff. The room is clean and the price is very friendly. Memorable experience!! :)

The hotel is good, I stayed in for 6 people. It's affordable, clean, comfortable, and suitable to travel anywhere because it's almost close to all the tours and where to buy souvenirs. Cheap too and the service is very friendly

The hostel is nice, but I don’t know why something happened to my luggage. Because my luggage lock is changed at day 2 when I stayed at the hostel and not just 1 luggage but its 2 luggage. The hostel can show me the CCTV but they show it 2 days after the incident happened. Before they said there is an error at the CCTV. And after the incident happend, the hostel staff don’t said anything even a word like ‘sorry’. After I think again it's impossible if my luggage lock can changed by itself alone, and before that I already opened the luggage and no problem, but I don't know why at day 2 the luggage lock can changed alone.

great location, not too crowd, friendly staffs, will come back on my next visit

Luci's house is really nice place, its clean and looks beautiful, the room is spacious and feel comfortable. The most surprising is we got free beer in 6 - 8 pm. location is perfect, we can walk to bus station in minute and take bus to every where. We took 109 bus from airport and we were dropped off near the place. Really recommended.

I realized this was not the cheapest hotel and even though it was on the motorway but entered the hall again a few meters into but once entered and was greeted by. Luci's house is clearly a new building, the combination of the use of natural ingredients with a beautiful design gives a comfortable atmosphere and instantly makes you feel at home here. spacious rooms, modern bathrooms with complete toileteries that make guests very happy. Deep sleep is certainly obtained with the condition of the room and soft mattress. The new air conditioner gives cool air without noise. the staff are all very friendly, attentive and want to help. Especially the cute girl on Wednesday morning when we checked-in, who insisted on helping to lift our luggage up to the third floor. He is very friendly and pleasant. The standard breakfast consists of several hours of toast, the choice of coffee or tea and the freedom to make your own hot water at any time or keep cold drinks in the shared refrigerator is very helpful for guests. The best of the surprises in the laundry is free beer in the afternoon, 6 to 8 pm every day, wow! To come and stay back here is like a necessity and who doesn't want to meet sweet and friendly Miss Saigon in the lobby and talk.

The hostel very clean, quiet and every bed has private space. Only 5 minutes walk away can arrive center of Ho Chi Minh City, and famous pub street. The staff of Hostel is kindly and introduced me some places for sightseeing.
