Very close to city center and green.

The hotel is actually nice, except the toilet doesn't flush. And the bed sheets are itchy, like there are bed bugs.

The service is quite good, only the condition of the hotel needs to be improved, especially the facilities for hotel guests.

It's good, and quite quiet, and close to everywhere.

More improvements for cleanliness and comfort for hotel guests

The FO staff are a bit grumpy, but the cute little ones are friendly. The housekeeping is good. The breakfast is better a la carte than buffet lol The pool is dirty The rooms are so-so, there are rooms where the AC is not cold, it seems 105, and the cupboard doesn't close The plus is that it's close, you can walk It's right in front of Siantar Zoo The air is cool The fish pond could be cleaned a bit

Hopefully the service will be further improved in the future

The quality of the guesthouse is not a hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious even though it takes time to refill, the atmosphere is quite good and comfortable, the swimming pool is okay even though the cleanliness still needs to be improved, I don't regret staying here, it is recommended, the price and quality are balanced.

The toilet is broken, the water is small, it takes a long time to wait for it to heat up, the TV channels are intermittent, disappointing.

The breakfast price does not match the menu.

Hotel nya lama, perlu renovasi dan kolam renang perlu diperbaiki dan lingkungan hotel perlu di bersihkan tiap hari, sayang kalau tidak di bersihkan, lokasi sangat bagus dan asri.

Lokasi hotel cukup strategis karena berada di tengah kota namun jalan akses masuk ke hotel cukup macet. Didepan hotel ada Kebun Binatang di belakang Jalan Merdeka dan Jalan Sutomo. Resepsionis rada-rada muka rata, mungkin lagi banyak kerjaannya 😅. Satu lagi di pintu masuk nggak ada security-nya. Lanjut masuk ke kamar, agak-agak bermasalah dengan kunci ruangan trus TV nya gak bisa dipakai, namun jaringan wifi cukup kencang. Lumayanlah menggantikan TV yang gak bisa digunakan. Bathroom luas, air panas berfungsi namun gak maksimal, yang penting bisa agak-agak panas aja. Kadang bermasalah dengan flush toilet. Di depan kamar ada kolam ikan, sayang sekali kurang terawat, banyak lumut. Kasihan ikannya 😄. Breakfast overall good, untuk service hotel di daerah Siantar udah cukup baguslah sarapannya. Kolam renang sepertinya kurang terawat, air nggak jernih jadi segan awak mau berenang 🤥. Perlu dibenahi beberapa fasilitas di dalam kamar dan hospitality karyawannya supaya lebih ramah, atau mungkin perlu diberikan kenaikan gaji 😂.

Hotelnya sepi, kunci kamar bisa di buka dari luar. Toilet bau.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan Siantar Zoo, tinggal jalan kaki nyebrang doang, kebetulan saya booking kamar superior, kamar lumayan bersih, hanya saja mungkin perlu di renovasi biar lebih bersih lagi tanpa kerak gitu di kamar mandi. Wastafelnya juga mampet 😂 showernya di dinding cukup tinggi agak susah buat mandiin anak & tidak ada air panasnya 😢 anak saya umur 1 tahun jadi gak mandi selama 2 hari 1 malam di sana 😫 nah kalo untuk kolam renangnya tolong dibersihin dan ganti airnya dong, airnya sampai berminyak gitu dan banyak serangga yang berenang di kolamnya 😂🤣 apalagi kolam ikannya di depan kamar 😵 kotor sekali. Malam jadi banyak nyamuk. 😫.

Hotel sangat strategis, di depannya taman hewan, kamar luas, sarapan enak, kolam renang mantap, pelayanan bagus.

Suasananya nyaman. Tepat rasanya bagi keluarga yang berlibur. Ditambah luas kamar cukup luas.

Hotel is quite old. Even we asked for hair dryer, the hotel can't provide us.
